SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
Browsing – When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
For some countries we have provided purchases in local currencies. Therefore, our system checks your location to be able automatically display your currency (when this option is available for your county).
Purchasing – When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, telephone number and email address. We, or the delivery agent may be using these details to contact you about your order: inform you about the status of your order, shipping, any issues that may arise during or after your order. We can also look through your orders at any times – this helps us resovle potential issues with order that may arise or answer your questions about your orders.
Contact forms – If you contact us via any contac form provided by us, we will receive your email address and any information provided by you in the form. This information will remain in our email box as long as it’s necessary to proceed with your enquiry.
Google Analytics – we monitor traffic on our website to be able to improve our services. Information gathered is: location, operating system, device you visit our website from, time spent on particular pages, frequency of visits to particular pages.
Email marketing – only with your permission – we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
SECTION 2 – CONSENT
Clients provide the details voluntairly but not providing of the required details will result in us not being able to proceed the order and fulfill the Sales Agreement. Not providing the necessary details to banks or PayPal when attempting to make a payment will result in bank’s or PayPal’s refusal.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
1) Credit/Debit card payments
All card transactions are secured by PayPal. More about PayPal here: www.paypal.com. We do not store you card details at any times.
2) Direct bank transfer
After placing an order you will receive our bank account number with the amount due. You then proceed with your bank and your bank makes sure the transfer is completed. In the end of this process we get only data that is necessary to complete the order. Our bank will store information like – your account number, history of your payments including data you provided to make the transfer: account name, reference name / number for the transfer, transfer amounts, currencies, currency factors.
SECTION 4 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers ( like PayPal ) used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
