We are adding the long awaited 100-120mm PODIO to our super-light carbon adjustable dropper posts family.
The 80mm version has been updated with new materials but it keeps its 80mm travel and is the lightest out of the two.
The new 100-120 PODIO can be easily customised to anything between 100 and 120mm travel. You’re getting two sets of spacers that can be easily shortened and swapped so you can perfectly set your bike to a particular race course.
Carbon lower tubes can be cut to adjust to the frame size or to save weight.
The stronger carbon tube along with our new, re-designed bushing system (Play Eliminator) make the dropper perform better in harsher riding conditions. The 80mm version has also been updated with these upgrades which can be retrofitted to all pre-2024 80mm PODIOs.
You can now bleed the entire system in 5 minutes, without removing the post from the bike. The patented no-gas cartridge allows you to perform all service procedures safely, without any special tools. On-line video tutorials and all spare parts are available on our website.

Adjusting travel
Max travel between 100 and 120mm by cutting internal spacer. Two spacers are supplied to achieve at least two travel options.
Note: you are not limited to 100 and 120 values you can cut the spacers to various lentghs and achieve any travel length between 100 and 120mm.
You are not limited to two travel options either. Two spacers are delivered in the box but you can experiment and purchase more spacers if you need.
Adjusting air pressure
Via exetrnal air valve.

No-gas cartridge allows you to overhaul the hydraulic system easily and without the risk of the cartridge blowing off.
Our newly developed Constant Force Valve controls oil flow regardless of the internal air pressure to provide a very sensitive remote action and instant actuation.
